How do updates work?

Step 1: Click on Login

This will open the login dialogue.

Step 2: Sign in to your account.

Enter the email address and password you created when you made your purchase.

I don’t have an account: If you don’t have one or you forgot to create one when making your purchase, there is no need to worry.

Click on “Create Account”. Enter the same email address you used to make your purchase. Otherwise, your orders won’t show up.

If you don’t remember which email you used, please contact me. I’ll help you out.

Step 3: Go to your account.

This will open your account page.

Step 4: Go to “Orders”.

You will see a history of your orders.

Step 5: Select the product.

Now, this can be tricky. Unfortunately, the product name isn’t shown. Additionally, the thumbnails don’t update either. 🥲

I’m very sorry, but this is a current limitation of Squarespace.

So you might want to click around until you find the product you want to update.

Some Products changed names:

• “Lightroom Contorls” turned into “Essentials Collection”

• “Professionals’ Suite” turned into “Studio Collection”

Step 6: Download.

By clicking on “Download item” you will get the latest version of your product.

(Step 7: If it’s a Plugin.)

If you’re updating a Final Cut Pro Plugin, you don’t need to remove the old plugin.

The Installer will take care of everything for you.

No more fumbling around in the deep folder structure of Final Cut Pro.
