Adding and Removing LUTs to Final Cut Pro

Step 1: Go to LUT folder

Inside Final Cut Pro, apply the “Custom LUT” effect to any clip. Open the drop-down menu and choose “Reveal in Finder”.

Step 2: Get your LUTs

If your files are zipped, unzip them. Then, copy the LUT Parent folder as highlighted here.

Step 3: Add/Remove LUTs in Final Cut Pro

Adding: Now, paste the LUTs in here.

Removing: Now, delete the folder or the individual LUTs you want to remove.

Step 4: LUTs are organised in Final Cut Pro

I arrange all my LUTs in a useful folder structure. If you paste the folder you got from me, you will have this neat sub-menu structure in Final Cut Pro.
